Z32 brakes

This is the best adapter kit available on the market. This kit centers the new rotors to original stock location, unlike other kits which move the caliper out with a flimsy bracket. Amounts shown in italicized text are for items listed in currency other than U. The Z32’s split point is lower than the 240sx, so above the split point, the Z32’s rear line pressure will always be lower than that of the 240sx. What this is saying, is that there is no way the rear brakes are going to lock up first by swapping in a 300ZX MC while using Zfront brakes and stock 2brakes in the rear.

OEM parts and accessories available. The stock rear brakes on the 240sx are single piston with an integrated e-brake. The swap can be difficult, but it does help complete a total braking system. The brake swap that’s most common is the Zbrakes from the 300ZX. These are better because they’re bigger (inch rotors that are 30mm thick) and because the calipers are of the 4-Piston variety.

If you upgrade to zbrakes in the front then buy a set of the zteflon brake hoses - the fronts will fit right on, and the rear zbrake hoses will replace the inner rear zhoses. Buy a set of zhoses and use the rear ones for the rear outer hoses, and you will have the front zhoses leftover.

Check for any interference between the new brakes and the stock suspension, wheels etc. Thoroughly check the entire system before driving, inspect (and correct) for any interference between the rotors and suspension, the calipers and wheel, the bolt heads etc. Hey everyone, first time posting here after lurking for a bit.
